Do any of the products have real leather?

No, all of our products are vegan. We use premium quality durable faux leather and ahimsa silk.

Will my fittings and chains stay shiny?

Yes, all our products have a warranty of 6 months, metal fittings are coated with tarnish free finish and are made with the best alloys so they don't tend to turn black.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is available to purchase but will be shipped out based on the mentioned date. Please make sure to read the Product Description on orders that are of PRE-ORDER status.

Can I exchange an item?

Can I order via phone?

Is it safe to pay via using my cards?

The security of your details is of top priority to us. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Razorpay, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you would prefer to place your order over the telephone, please do give us a call and we will assist.

Once the payment is through a confirmation message is sent to you immediately.

What is the usual delivery time?

Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. Rerouting delivery or you not accepting the order may lead to cancellations with no refund.
